Please read these Terms carefully. By creating an account or using Sanestix Flow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "Workspace Admin") and Sanestix ("Company," "we," "us") governing your access to and use of the Sanestix Flow platform at flow.sanestix.com ("Platform").
By accessing the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.
Sanestix Flow is a WhatsApp Business Solution Provider (BSP) platform that enables businesses to:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time with reasonable notice.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.
By using Sanestix Flow to send WhatsApp messages, you agree to comply with:
You are solely responsible for obtaining proper opt-in consent from all recipients before sending them WhatsApp messages. This includes:
All message templates must be submitted for Meta's approval before use. You are responsible for ensuring template content complies with WhatsApp's policies. We are not liable for templates rejected or disabled by Meta.
Violations of Meta's policies may result in your WhatsApp Business Account being restricted or banned by Meta. Sanestix is not responsible for actions taken by Meta against your account due to your policy violations.
Important: Sending spam, unsolicited messages, or messages to users who have not opted in is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.
You agree NOT to use Sanestix Flow to:
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Sanestix Flow offers subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) billed monthly or annually. Current pricing is available at flow.sanestix.com/#pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
If payment fails, we will retry for up to 14 days. After 14 days of non-payment, your account will be suspended. Data is retained for 30 days after suspension before permanent deletion.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable. Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within 30 days of purchase at our discretion.
WhatsApp charges businesses per conversation based on Meta's pricing structure. These charges are separate from Sanestix Flow subscription fees and are billed directly by Meta to your WhatsApp Business Account.
The Sanestix Flow platform, including its software, design, trademarks, and content, is owned by Sanestix and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
You retain ownership of all content you upload or create on the Platform, including message templates, contact data, and chatbot flows. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide the service.
If you provide us with feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use that feedback without any obligation to you.
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You are the data controller for your customers' data. Sanestix acts as a data processor on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to collect and process your customers' data through our Platform.
Upon termination of your account, you may request a data export within 30 days before your data is permanently deleted.
We target 99.9% uptime for the Platform, excluding scheduled maintenance windows. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: Sanestix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability. In such cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sanestix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No pro-rata refunds are provided for partial months.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if:
Upon termination, your access to the Platform ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 30 days, during which you may request an export. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at legal@sanestix.com to resolve the matter informally. Most disputes can be resolved within 30 days through good-faith discussion.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration body in the governing jurisdiction, unless you are located in a jurisdiction where arbitration agreements are not enforceable.
You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit against Sanestix.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict of law principles. For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:
